Who Are We?
The YLT is made up of young adults ages 19-24 from all across Canada. We are students, young adults in the work force and young adults still trying to find our way in life. We are all very passionate about educating our peers and friends on the dangers of tobacco use. We strongly encourage you, your friends and family to be active on our site- giving feedback, leaving comments and talking with each other! Sharing stories, articles and tips with each other is strongly encouraged! Meet our team under the “Young Adult Leadership Team” section!
The YAC is made up of youth ages 13-18 also from across Canada. We are mostly high school students, though some of us are now in the workforce and/or pursuing post-secondary educations. We run local community action projects on tobacco awareness, prevention and cessation. Check out what we’ve done and what we’re planning on doing by keeping up to date with the blog; we’ll keep you posted along the way.
